We'll gather in a small group to breathe and release together in Brooklyn, NY. The focus will be on using breathwork to release anxiety, fear, and overthinking in order to get more in touch with our inner world.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a 3-part breath to help move stagnant energies out of the body and release old thought patterning. No experience necessary.
